1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Disqober platform provided by SINQRO TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. (NIF: B66598764; VAT NUMBER: ESB66598764), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

Disqober provides restaurant ordering channels, operating tools, APIs, and connectors to compatible third-party systems. The products, integrations, and capabilities included for each customer are those defined in the selected plan, proposal, and signed agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts
Operate a legitimate restaurant or food service business

4. Payment Terms

Prices, billing periods, variable charges, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and any notice period are those stated in the published catalog, accepted order, or signed commercial proposal applicable to the account, subject to mandatory law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Disqober platform remain with SINQRO TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SINQRO TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
