1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Disqober platform provided by ONDDEMAND STRATEGIES, S.L. (NIF: B67277616), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

Disqober provides a comprehensive restaurant technology platform including point-of-sale systems, order management, menu management, analytics, and multi-channel sales solutions.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts
• Operate a legitimate restaurant or food service business

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Disqober platform remain with ONDDEMAND STRATEGIES, S.L. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONDDEMAND STRATEGIES, S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
