Who builds the Disqober Custom App?

The restaurant's own development team, an agency, or even an AI-assisted build. Disqober ships the ordering engine and the API; the front-end is whatever the restaurant wants. Most projects reuse a starter template from Disqober.

What does the Custom App share with the other Disqober apps?

The same backend. Menu, cart, checkout, payments, order state, kitchen handoff, POS connectors, marketplace integrations — all the production-grade plumbing the standard Web/Mobile/QR apps use. The Custom App is a different UI on the same engine.

Is the Custom App API public?

Yes. Disqober exposes a documented ordering API used by both the standard apps and Custom App integrations. Authentication, menu retrieval, order submission, payment, and webhooks are all available to first-party and partner developers.

What pricing tier applies to the Custom App?

Custom App has the same Flex / Top model as the other channels: Flex is a lower monthly fee plus per-order commission, Top is a higher monthly fee with 0% per order. The restaurant picks the tier based on its custom-channel volume.

Can the Custom App live on a different domain or sub-app?

Yes. The Custom App can be embedded in an existing restaurant website, run on a sub-domain, ship inside a partner app, or be the public ordering surface of a franchise group. The Disqober engine doesn't constrain where the UI lives.
