How is the Table App different from the QR App?

The Table App is the staff-facing tablet that waiters and runners use to take and route orders. The QR App is the customer-facing flow used directly by the diner. Both share the same menu, the same order state, and the same POS connector.

Can the Table App run on existing restaurant tablets?

Yes — any modern Android or iOS tablet with a current browser version. Many restaurants reuse tablets they already have. Disqober Hardware also rents pre-configured tablets if the restaurant prefers a single contract.

Does the Table App work offline?

The Table App keeps the active menu cached for short network interruptions. Order submission still needs connectivity, so most restaurants run it on the same in-venue Wi-Fi as the POS.

Can I assign one waiter to multiple tables in the Table App?

Yes. The Table App tracks the dining-room layout, table state (open, occupied, paying), and per-table tickets. A waiter can carry several tables at once and the app keeps each ticket separate for kitchen and POS.

Does the Table App charge per device?

No. Pricing is per channel per venue (Flex or Top tier), not per device. A restaurant can run as many tablets as it needs without per-tablet fees. See the pricing page for current monthly fees in your market.
