FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Flex and Top on the Web App?

The published catalog shows the current Web App plans for your market, including the monthly amount, included volume, connection charges, and variable per-order terms. Compare the live cards on the pricing page; this product page does not duplicate those commercial values.

Do I need a POS to launch a Disqober Web App?

No. The Web App can run with Work App as the order inbox. If you use a compatible POS connector, supported order data can enter the kitchen flow defined for that venue.

Can I connect Glovo, Uber Eats, or Just Eat to my Web App?

Yes. Marketplaces and delivery providers connect to your Disqober operating core, not directly to the Web App. The Web App is your own branded ordering site; marketplace orders arrive separately into Work App and share the same kitchen production flow and POS handoff.

Who owns the customer data?

The restaurant does. Direct orders run on the restaurant's own domain, with its own brand, and the customer database belongs to the restaurant. Disqober is the operating platform; it does not resell the customer relationship or the order data.

What payment methods are supported on the Web App?

Card payments via Disqober Online Payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available, and cash or card-on-delivery for the channels that accept it. Country-specific local methods (Bizum in Spain, MB Way in Portugal, etc.) are added via the Online Payments add-on.

How long does it take to launch a Disqober Web App?

Launch timing depends on menu readiness, brand and domain setup, payment configuration, POS connectivity, and the integrations selected for the venue. We confirm the rollout plan after reviewing that scope.
