What is Disqober

Disqober is the ordering infrastructure for a restaurant's own brand.

Branded ordering for web, mobile, QR, kiosk, and table, running on one shared menu and order engine. Add the operating tools and integrations required by the selected plan and rollout scope.

Problem

What problem Disqober solves

Restaurants that sell digitally can end up running a different tool for every channel: web, mobile, QR, kiosk, table, marketplaces, POS, delivery, and payments. Menus drift, orders fragment, and reconciliation becomes manual. Disqober brings the selected channels onto one ordering engine and operating layer so their menu, order state, and handoff remain connected.

How it works

How Disqober works

  1. 1. Connect the menu and the POS

Pull the menu from the POS or set it up directly in Disqober. Map products, modifiers, prices, schedules, and availability rules once — they apply to every channel.

  2. 2. Launch the ordering channels

Activate the channels selected for your brand: Web App on your domain, Mobile App, QR App, Kiosk App, the guest-facing Table App, or your own customer interface built on the Ordering API. Each uses the shared ordering core.

  3. 3. Receive every order in one place

Orders from connected channels can enter Work App. Control Center manages operational state across venues, Call Center structures phone orders, and Rider App supports your own delivery team. Marketplace orders join the flow through compatible connectors.

  4. 4. Pay, settle, report

Online and in-person payment references can join the same operational flow. Reconciliation and reporting use the data exposed by the selected channels, providers, and commercial configuration.

What Disqober is — and is not

Not a delivery marketplace
Glovo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo are aggregators that own the customer and charge a commission per order. Disqober is the platform behind the restaurant's own ordering channels, so the restaurant owns the customer, the brand, and the margin. Disqober connects to the aggregators when needed — but it is not one of them.
Not a single-channel ordering SaaS
Many vendors sell one channel: a web-only ordering tool, or a QR-only menu, or a kiosk-only software. Disqober runs every customer-facing surface — web, mobile, QR, kiosk, table, custom — on one shared engine, so menus, orders, and payments stay coherent across every channel.
Not a POS replacement
Disqober connects compatible POS systems from the published integrations catalog. It does not have to replace the POS: supported orders and data are exchanged according to the selected connector and operating scope.
More than a marketplace integrator
A marketplace integrator focuses on third-party orders. Disqober also provides branded ordering surfaces, operating tools, delivery software for your own riders, and reporting capabilities selected for the restaurant or group rollout.
