About

The ordering platform that runs under your brand.

Launch web, mobile, QR, kiosk, and table ordering with one synchronized catalog. Connect compatible marketplaces, delivery services, and POS systems.

Foundations

What Disqober is built around

  • Restaurants own the brand

Every ordering surface — web, mobile, QR, kiosk, table — runs under the restaurant's own brand and domain. Customers order from the restaurant, not from a Disqober marketplace.

  • Restaurants own the margin

The published catalog shows the current Flex and Top commercial conditions for each channel and market, including fixed, connection, and channel-specific variable components where applicable.

  • Restaurants own the customer

Customer data, order history, repeat-order loop, and loyalty stay inside the restaurant's brand. Disqober is the platform behind the channel — it does not resell the customer relationship.

  • One platform, one operation

Web, mobile, QR, kiosk, and table apps use the shared ordering core. Staff tools and POS connectors are added according to the selected plan, compatibility, and rollout scope.

  • Keep what already works

Use Disqober-built products, connect a compatible system you already have through the corresponding Integration product, or combine both. Current partner availability comes from the published integrations catalog.

Glossary

What we mean when we say each of these

Branded ordering channel
A customer-facing surface (web, mobile app, QR, kiosk, table) that runs under the restaurant's own brand and domain. The restaurant owns the customer relationship, not Disqober and not a third-party marketplace.
Shared ordering engine
One menu, one cart, one checkout, and one order model power every Disqober ordering surface. Web App, Mobile App, QR App, Kiosk App, and Table App work on that shared engine.
Flex vs Top
Commercial plan names used for ordering channels. Their current amounts, included volume, connection charges, variable terms, and market availability are read from the published pricing catalog rather than maintained on this page.
Operating tools
Tools for restaurant teams: Control Center for oversight, Work App for incoming orders, Call Center for phone orders, and Rider App to manage deliveries made by the restaurant's own team. POS Integration connects them with compatible point-of-sale systems.
Compatible integrations
Integration products connect compatible ordering apps, marketplaces, delivery services, and POS systems that your restaurant already uses. You can launch a Disqober product, connect an existing system, or combine both.
Delivery providers
Two options: compatible fleet-management software for restaurants with their own delivery team, and external delivery services that provide the couriers. Delivery Integration connects either option. Disqober provides the technology, not the couriers.
Talk to us

Launch the channels your customers already use.

Web, mobile, QR, kiosk, and table apps share the same menu and order flow. Rollout timing depends on the channel, integrations, content, and store approvals involved.
