    Every ordering surface — web, mobile, QR, kiosk, table — runs under the restaurant's own brand and domain. Customers order from the restaurant, not from a Disqober marketplace.

    Two simple tiers per channel: Flex (lower fixed fee plus a small per-order commission) or Top (higher fixed fee, 0% per order). Restaurants pick the tier that fits each channel's volume — no surprise commissions, no aggregator fees.

  • Restaurants own the customer

    Customer data, order history, repeat-order loop, and loyalty stay inside the restaurant's brand. Disqober is the platform behind the channel — it does not resell the customer relationship.

  • One platform, one operation

    Web, mobile, QR, kiosk, and table apps share the same menu, the same order state, and the same POS connectors. Staff tools (Work App, Control Center, Call Center, Rider App) come included in every plan, not as separate add-ons.

What we mean when we say each of these

Branded ordering channel
A customer-facing surface (web, mobile app, QR, kiosk, table) that runs under the restaurant's own brand and domain. The restaurant owns the customer relationship, not Disqober and not a third-party marketplace.
Shared ordering engine
One menu, one cart, one checkout, one payment flow, one order-state machine — powering every Disqober ordering surface. Same Web App and Mobile App share the same backend as QR, Kiosk, and Table.
Flex vs Top
Two pricing tiers per channel app. Flex is a lower fixed monthly fee plus a per-order commission, designed for restaurants ramping up the channel. Top is a higher fixed monthly fee with 0% per order, designed for channels with stable volume.
Operating tools
Staff-facing apps included in every Disqober plan: Work App (order inbox), Control Center (operations dashboard), Call Center (phone orders), and Rider App (in-house delivery). They are not bought as add-ons.
Delivery channels
Marketplaces (Glovo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo) and delivery-as-a-service providers (Stuart, Shipday, others) that Disqober integrates with. Disqober connects to these — Disqober is not itself a marketplace.
